Group settings are a powerful way to learn about nutrition and establish life-long change. Groups provide accountability and assurance through difficult times. This seminar is designed to provide comprehensive nutritional education with an interactive component which team-members discuss challenges that others are likely facing too when making lifestyle changes.

Group Seminar Design
Consisting of small groups or teams of individuals with the common goal of eating healthier and losing weight. This 6 week seminar includes weekly 1hour virtual group meetings via Zoom. Each meeting includes an educational component, offers ways to address challenges from the prior week, and interactive portion where team members are offered an opportunity to discuss challenges. Sharing's not required for those who aren't comfortable discussing their challenges or progress.
